Mason Ng is from Malaysia and the current Wine Director of Park90. Ng started off his wine career in three Michelin starred Les Amis restaurant and is accredited as an Advanced Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers. After his time at Les Amis, he went on to ATLAS to create the wine programme which specialises in both Gin and Champagne as Head Sommelier at the age of 21, with a collection of more than 1,000 gins and 300 different Champagnes during his time. Mason was crowned Best Sommelier of Singapore and Best Sommelier in South East Asia, both in 2019. Currently as the Wine Director of Park90, he leads a team of a dozen sommeliers locally and overseas, and aims to share his love of wines to a broader audience and wine lovers all over the world. He aims to be a Master Sommelier before the age of 30.

"Yang" is from Singapore and is the Wine Director of Park90. Yang has been a sommelier for about a decade, and started his career in the multi-award-winning restaurant Les Amis after completing National Service. He has won several titles such as Sopexa's Singapore Best Sommelier in French Wines 2016 and 2018, World Gourmet Summit's Rising Sommelier of the Year, Epicure's Rising Sommelier of the Year and came in second runner up in the Singapore National Sommelier Competition 2016 and 2020. He attained his Certified Sommelier title by the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2019 and sets his sights to take his Advanced Sommelier title when the borders are more open to travel. Currently as Wine Director of Park90, he leads over a dozen sommeliers locally and overseas, and aims to share his love for wines to a broader audience and wine lovers all over the world.

Born and raised in Taiwan, lived in Japan, France and the UAE, and he believes his adventure has just begun. After graduating from CFPPA de Beaune with degree of BP Sommelier, he moved to Dubai and Abu Dhabi to develop and enrich his sommelier experience. Within 3 years, he has opened 2 restaurants and was in charge of the wine programme and sommelier team. In addition, he got many opportunities to meet winemakers and guest from all over the world. In 2018, he travelled to South America where he further enhanced my knowledge of the Vino Latino. He thinks the beautiful Andes Mountain and passionate winemakers developed many awesome wines. Now that he is back home in Taipei, he has joined a very passionate and energetic Park90 family based in Taipei. He is looking after a new Taipei Park90 project estimate summer 2022. He is also the 2019 SOPEXA Asia Sommelier competition first runner-up; 2020 Taiwan Best Sommelier competition champion; 2021 ASI Diploma Gold certified sommelier.

Lucas Liu is from Malaysia. After graduating with a Bachelor degree from Taylor's University Malaysia, Lucas put himself in the F&B industry and further showed his passion to be a sommelier. Lucas gained his first sommelier title in 3-Michelin starred Les Amis Restaurant and was certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers Programme during the period. After Les Amis, Lucas worked as Head Sommelier and oversaw one of the most comprehensive vintage and rare champagne lists in Singapore under ATLAS Bar. He then joined the Park90 group as he wanted to challenge himself further. Most recently, Lucas was crowned the title of Champion in Singapore National Sommelier Competition 2020 as well as the Champion in Ruinart Sommelier Challenge Singapore 2019. One of his favourite wines is "Illusion" Blanc de Noir by Weingut Meyer-Näkel~

Celine is from Korea and is currently Deputy Group Head Sommelier at Park90 wine bar Singapore. She learned wine from her career in Ritz-Carlton Seoul. Not only was it enjoyable for her to study wine, she also liked sharing it with customers and friends. Celine held the role of Head Sommelier at The Ritz-Carlton Seoul in 2016, and Chief Sommelier and Beverage Manager at Le Meridien Seoul in 2017. Since 2019, She has been working at Singapore's top wine bar, Park90. Celine is a Certified Sommelier of the Court of Master Sommelier. She won the Lafite Rothschild Special Prize in 2013 and clinched the first runner up in 2016 Best Sommelier in French Wine in Korea. Most recently, she was crowned Best Sommelier of French Wine in the Singapore 2020 competition. Currently she leads Park90 membership, as a service ambassador, and focuses on creating the most memorable moments for all customers of Park90. She believes a glass of wine is able to entail many splendid stories, and she wants to communicate with people through the shared enjoyment of wine, whilst also making people love the wine as well. Celine's aims to become a professional wine educator and aims to be the Korean Female Master Sommelier.

Aleksandra is from Russia and is currently Head Sommelier at Mandala Club Singapore. She joined in Food and Beverage Industry in Dubai, where she worked as a Senior Sommelier at iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel. After the experience in the hotel she joined for the opening team of L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Dubai, with chef Axel Manes, curating the wine and beverage list. She moved to Singapore in 2021 and she is grateful for the opportunity to be part of Park90 and to learn from amazing sommeliers. She is a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Masters Sommelier, and WSET Level 3 Wine.

Mark is from Taipei and started his wine career in Australia learning to be a winemaker. After his overseas stint, he worked in a casino as an assistant sommelier for three years before taking on the sommelier role at Taïrroir, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Taipei. After two years in Taïrroir, he decided to join Park90 in March 2019, and is thankful to be part of the team. He works hard, strives for excellence and stays humble together with the team, ensuring guests a memorable wine experience.

Terry is from Malaysia. Prior to joining Park90, he has been attached to Taichung - Restaurant Le Mout (Relais & Chateaux) as a sommelier for 2 years. He is proud to be part of the Park90 family, being able to learn from great sommelier from around the world and taste many great wines, be it classic or extraordinary. At Park90, Terry is able to enhance his practical skills and broaden his wine knowledge under the guidance of great sommeliers. He is a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Masters Sommelier, and finished WSET Level 3, French Wine Scholar (FWS), Spain Wine Scholar (SWS) within these few years.

Emily Chen is from Taiwan. She left Taiwan for Singapore upon graduation from a four year hospitality management course in Meiho University. She started her career at Tong Le Private Dining as a service executive. Where she learnt the basics of fine dining and wine. The exposure to wine sparked an interest in her , for she was impressed by now a sommelier is able to elevate a guest's dining experience with wine pairing. Keen to delve deeper into the world of the wine. She joined Park90.she is working hard and every day to gain more wine knowledge, and finds it enriching to learn from the team here who has been very patient. She has finished WSET Level 2,She will work towards WSET Level3.She hopes to share about wine and happiness here at Park90 to everyone.

Angel is from Taiwan and graduated from National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality & Tourism with a Food & Beverage management bachelor degree. She used to work in the hotel line as a restaurant/bar service staff since 2012 and joined Park90 in February 2020, kicking off her career in the wine industry. She had helmed the role of sommelier in charge at various corporate outlets and finds it a great challenge and learning experience. Besides remembering her regular customer's preference, sharing interesting wines with them excites her. The wine industry is profound and deep. As a good sommelier, she thinks that besides being able to recommend a bottle to customers, a sommelier has to also be abel to recommend other kinds of beverages. Therefore, while she is on her journey to acquire wine knowledge, her goal is to also attain the CSS (Certified Specialist of Spirits) certification, and is determined to achieve it. She looks forward to upcoming new projects and is ready to rock and roll!

Eason Chi is from Malaysia. After graduating with a Diploma of Hospitality Management from Stamford College Malacca, Eason has started his F&B industry career. During his career in F&B industry, his was inspired by his mentor and gaining interest to become as a sommelier. He has finished WSET Level 3, French Wine Scholar(FWS) and Certified Sommelier from Court of Master Sommelier. And it doesn't stop here, he aims to become an Advanced Sommelier in the future.

Clare is Korean studied hotel management winning best internship in F&B division in Lotte Hotel Seoul. She plunged into Singapore's F&B scene right after her graduation and built her hospitality career at Fourseasons Hotel and Capella Hotel performing various roles at cocktail bars receiving numerous positive reviews over the 5 years. She wants to thank one of her magical guests who light her up with unforgettable sentence, "Each time you uncork a bottle of wine, you are uncorking a memory". It was not long after those days for her to realise that there is a strong need in her career towards the wine industry to achieve her dream, a F&B Lecturer and Consultant specialized in wine. She followed her careful decision to work for Park90 organization and now currently is based at Basque Kitchen by Aitor, 1 Michelin Star restaurant uncorking beautiful memories everyday for her guests. She aims to have Doctor's degree in Wine and to be an Advanced Sommelier (CMS) by the age of 35.

Zheng Zhe is from Malaysia. After graduating with Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management he started working as a bartender at Eastern & Oriental Hotel, Penang back in his hometown. It was at this point that wines started to caught his interest in particular as he was exposed to a wide range of beverages while he was working behind the bar. After completing his WSET Level 2 in Wines in 2021, he feels that he would love to keep on pursuing in this direction. In January 2022, he joined Park90 as a sommelier and he wish to widen his knowledge in the world of beverage and ultimately sharing the experience with other people.

Keanu is from Malaysia. He graduated from Food and Beverage Management, been in the F&B hospitality industry since 2008. Keanu has excellent communication and interpersonal skills that uphold a standard of the restaurant's service, managing a team of staff that ensure the smooth running of the company's business. Keanu joined Park90 in October 2021, this opportunity to be a sommelier is exciting and challenging at the same time. He has a strong interest to widen his knowledge about wine. He believes that quality service acts as the soul of hospitality, he is happy to learn from the team, ensure that his knowledge could facilitate the experiences of all guests.

Jessica is from Singapore. Her career in F&B began almost 10 years ago, as a chef. Previously, she worked at restaurants such as Pollen, Joel Robuchon, Cure and the Mirazur pop-up in Singapore where she met the gracious team of Park90. Her interest in wine grew when she was in Australia, Victoria while on a working-holiday visa where she visited vineyards in Yarra Valley on roadtrips. With great thirst to better understand wine, she joined Park90 in October 2021. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of Park90 and to learn from amazing sommeliers.

Hailey was born and raised from a small town surrounded by mountains, located at the center of Taiwan. Influence from the family, she loves traveling and enjoy the wines and cuisine as a huge part of the experience. End up it became her first choice for the major of collage degree then turned to be a career. After few years working in hotel and restaurants in Taipei and Taichung, she decided sprayed her wings to this exotic country. Just like her new life in Singapore, she also just started the career as a sommelier as part of the team Park90. Aiming to pass WSET level 3 within 2022, besides all the hard work to achieve the goal, she is also excited to meet everyone who enjoy wine and the life in Singapore to share all the goodness with her!
