By becoming a Park90 member, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable once an account has been created.
• Membership benefits are automatically activated unless Park90 management is notified in writing.
• Park90 membership value is credited in membership points, which may be used for purchases at Park90.
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
• Renewal is subject to the following conditions
  1. Premier Membership: Minimum annual spend of $8,000 or a top-up of $4,000.
  2. Grand Membership: Minimum annual spend of $30,000 or a top-up of $15,000.
• Corporate Memberships are not transferable to Premier or Grand Memberships once registered.
• Grand Membership’s two subsidiary accounts are fixed and cannot be changed after assignment.
• Members must be at least 18 years old upon signing up.

Park90 membership credits are subject to the following conditions:

• Credits may be redeemed for wine purchases, both on-premise and through Park90’s exclusive eDM offers (unless specifically excluded).
• Park90 credits remain valid only while the membership is active.
• Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Park90 event pricing is exclusive to members. The registered member must be present to enjoy the special member pricing.
• Event ticket fees, including those paid with membership credits, are non-refundable.
